WIFI NETWORK

To the locks that have wifi feature, for the stable operation connection 2.4GHz wifi is REQUIRED in a separated SSID

Smart locks and most other smart devices ONLY work with 2.4GHz Wifi

If you have a smart router with both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands set under the same SSID, we recommend to separate it. Call your ISP (Internet Service Provider) if you need help. They can do it for you remotely.

Note: Google Nest Wifi uses the same name for both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. Both radio bands are active simultaneously and can NOT be separated. A single band wifi extender or LAN-wired old router will solve it.
